Project Activities

[April 20-24, 2026] WP4 Collaborative Learning Ecosystem with Industry and Academia @Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Faculty members from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi participated in a seminar workshop at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, led by expert speakers from HAMK, aimed at enhancing educational management through the integration of Design-Based Education into higher education teaching and learning. The program focused on hands-on experience in addressing real-world problems identified from industry and community contexts, as well as presenting innovative solutions developed by interdisciplinary teams with diverse expertise. The outcomes of this initiative will be further applied to teaching and learning practices for students at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.

[Oct. 6-10, 2025] DBE Workshop @Hameenlinna, Finland.
Representatives from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) participated in a Design-Based Educationtraining program at Hame University of Applied Sciences (HAMK), under the ERASMUS+ GreenEdAsia project. The training focused on innovative pedagogy, learner-centered course design, active learning, and the integration of sustainability into higher education. Participants also exchanged experiences with HAMK experts and explored Finland’s advanced learning environments and best practices in digital education. The activity strengthen academic capacity and provided valuable insights for apply DBE concepts to curriculum development and teaching enhancement at RMUTT, supporting sustainable higher education development.

[May 5-10, 2025] Manager Study Visit @Burgos, Spain.
Representatives from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) participated in a Manager Study Visit at the University of Burgos (UBU), Spain, under the Erasmus+ project “Learning for Sustainable Future – Higher Education for Green Transition in Southeast Asia (GreenEdAsia)”. The visit focused on strategic workshop with UBU management and academic staff on higher education governance, curriculum development, digital innovation, and the integration of sustainability and green transition concepts into teaching and learning. It also aimed to strengthen institutional cooperation and enhance mutual understanding at the management level.

[Feb. 17-21, 2025] Kick-off ceremony & Future foresight workshop @Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Representatives from partner institutions participated in the project Kick-off Meeting and the Future Foresight Workshop, which marked the official launch of the project and provided a shared understanding of its objectives, work plan, and expected outcomes. The Future Foresight Workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ analytical and strategic thinking skills by exploring future trends, challenges, and possible scenarios in higher education and sustainable development. Through interactive discussions and collaborative activities, participants developed diverse perspectives and learned how to apply foresight tools and methods to project planning and implementation. This activity played a key role in aligning partners’ visions and enhancing their capacity to integrate future-oriented thinking into the project, supporting effective decision-making and long-term impact.
