
[Jan. 8, 2026] Participants of RMUTT received certificates from the President of the University upon completion of the RMUTT DBE Mini-Workshop. On this occasion, the President also delivered encouraging remarks to the project team, highlighting the importance of collaboratively integrating research outcomes into course and curriculum development, in alignment with the European Union’s policy priorities on green transition, sustainable workforce development, and long-term societal sustainability.

[Nov. 19, 2025] Faculty members (RMUTT teacher team) from the Faculty of Technical Education, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Home Economics, and Faculty of Architecture participated in the online Design-Based Education (DBE) Teacher Training, delivered by expert trainers from HAMK – Häme University of Applied Sciences. The training aimed to enhance participants’ capacity to apply DBE approaches to course and curriculum development, while integrating principles of green transition and contributing to the advancement of a sustainable green society.

[Nov. 10, 2025] A preparatory meeting and pre-training session were conducted to provide foundational knowledge prior to the RMUTT DBE Mini-Workshop, with a focus on updating participants’ teaching strategies through four key approaches: project-based learning, DIANA, scaffolding, and transdisciplinary learning. A total of 17 faculty members from the Faculty of Technical Education, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Home Economics, and Faculty of Architecture participated in this training.
